Procrastination is a huge roadblock in success.  Everyone procrastinates.  There is no way to avoid procrastination.  In order to succeed, you must get rid of many things that are blocking your way.  Procrastination is a huge one.  For me, it is very hard to concentrate on a specific topic for a while.  Especially ones I dislike.  For me, literature can go both ways.  If it has something to do with a lot of reading, I tend to procrastinate a lot.  I try to get rid of anything that can cause procrastination when I work, but because of the power of internet, it can be very hard.

Time Management is also my number one enemies.  Time management is my biggest fear when it comes to games and homework.  Yes, when I play games I am fearful of my time.  Dorm has semi strict rules when it comes to time.  I must go down to dinner at 6PM, and the room must be silent and the lights must be off at 11PM.  For me,  I play games that must be finished.  I can not simply leave a game.  Also, I need to manage my time so I can get my work done, and play enough games to satisfy myself.  This is partially the reason why I sometimes can not get my work done.

Goals are amazing for success.  It sets you up so that there is something you need to achieve.  This year, my goal is to get my work done first, before playing games.  I sometimes can do this, but as of now, it is near impossible for me to do my work before playing games.  I know that myself that if I get my work done first, I will be able to enjoy my time later in the day.  But me being selfish,  I do what I want for now.  Hopefully, I can fix that with less procrastination and time management.

I think that these three points, will help me achieve what I want to achieve this year both academically and in life.  I think that if I try to achieve each point slowly over the course of this year, it will be possible for me to achieve my goals.
